The exclusive collaboration between streamer Imane 'pokimane' Anys and Twitch has ended after 2 years. This was announced by pokimane on Twitter. The streamer didn't reveal where he would continue his career.
Pokimane registered on Twitch in June 2013 and is currently one of the most popular streamers on the platform. She is in 9th place among the top 10 Twitch streamers in terms of total followers, was the most watched female Twitch streamer in 2020, and in 2021 ranked 3rd after Amouranth and saddummy.
For the past two years, pokimane has been tied to the Twitch platform through an exclusive contract, and her picture has been used for the cover of the platform's App Store app. As of this writing, on January 31, she is streaming on Twitch with the heartbreaking title 'last day of my Twitch contract... :')'.
In 2021, two popular Twitch streamers Timothy “TimTheTatman” John Betar and Ludwig Aghren left Twitch to sign an exclusive deals with YouTube. TimTheTatman streamed on Twitch for past 2 years, when Ludwig broken the record for most subscribers during his subathon last year.
