The third quarter was the busiest of 2025 as it was filled with important esports and livestreaming events. Fans witnessed history across genres, led by the exploits of Ibai "ibai" Llanos' La Velada del Año V and Kai Cenat, who shattered records previously thought impossible to reach.
Platforms like YouTube Gaming and Rumble held steady, with the latter continuing to attract content from the top political and religious names in the United States. Multistreaming on Twitch and Kick also became more common as content creators chose to split time between the two global names.
Most-watched Twitch streamers in Q3 2025
Mainly thanks to his incredibly successful Mafiathon 3, Kai Cenat was head and shoulders above anyone else across livestreaming services in terms of watch time. He accrued 93.9 million Hours Watched (HW) in the third quarter of the year, a massive 401% rise from his Q2 numbers.
Fellow Americans Nicholas "Jynxzi" Stewart, Dylan "caseoh" Baker, and Hasan "HasanAbi" Piker joined him on this top-ten leaderboard. The former two concentrated on numerous games, including Clash Royale, PEAK, and Waterpark Simulator, while the latter continued to cover topics related to political commentary, which kept him in the news for various newsbreaks.
A few top European names were present as well, including the German duo of Elias "eliasn97" Nerlich and Kevin "Papaplatte" Teller, Spanish sensation ibai, and British League of Legends icon Marc "Caedrel: Lamont. Japanese superstar Junichi "加藤純一うん〇ちゃん" Kato continued to be Twitch's number one name in his country, notching 23.5 million HW to sit snugly in the fourth spot.
Rising French star Ilhan "byilhann" Coskun deserves special mention for achieving never-before-seen viewership on his channel, thanks to his "Walk from Montpellier to Paris" subathon. This project helped him reach multiple milestones on his Twitch channel and saw him jump from the 500 most-watched creators on Twitch last year to its 50 top names by HW so far in 2025.
Most-watched Kick streamers in Q3 2025
What's interesting about the Kick rankings is that most of the top ten saw improved activity, and hence, increments in their quarterly watch times. Jordan's Maher "maherco" Mahmude Sultani topped the charts yet again, with Adin Ross falling down a place to third. Hani "absi" Al-Qablan was second after enjoying a 310% rise in his QoQ HW figures, as he concentrated on Respect RP (GTA) roleplay server livestreams.
Japan's korekore_ch was fourth with 18.2 million HW, with Colombia's Stiven "mrstiventc" Caicedo rounding off the top ten. The latter was joined by fellow South Americans Andy "elzeein" Merino, Luis "westcol" Álvarez, and David "davooxeneize" Quint. Popular Brazilian streamer Victor "coringa" Augusto, who joined Kick in June, brought his Grand Theft Auto V (GTA) adventures to the platform, helping him finish with 11.9 million HW in Q3 2025.
Most-watched YouTube Gaming streamers in Q3 2025
Darren "IShowSpeed' Watkins Jr was the only YouTube Gaming name to cross 30 million HW in the third quarter this year. And it could have been more had he not spent over a month on his America Tour, which admittedly brought him a lot of success and helped him rival Kai Cenat and his Mafiathon 3.
A lot of other familiar names made this quarterly top ten rankings, including legendary esports broadcasters like Alexandre "Gaules" Borba and Gustavo "Baiano" Gomes. Virtual YouTubers (VTubers) Pekora Ch. and Miko Ch., too, made the cut, with Lucas "Megadragom GamePlay" Basso being the only fresh face, thanks to his broadcasts of titles like Garena Free Fire and Grand Theft Auto V (role-playing).
Most watched Rumble streamers in Q3 2025
With a lot of political activity going on in the US this year, especially in the wake of the death of political activist and entrepreneur Charlie Kirk (whose channel found a place in these rankings), Rumble was teeming with podcasts and shows centering on this topic. A majority of the most-watched names remain among the North American nation's top influencers in the political sphere, and they helped the platform cement its status as the destination for such content.
Most watched North American streamers in Q3 2025
A lot of the names we saw above are part of these standings as well, with good friends Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed making it a top two for Twitch and YouTube Gaming. Adin Ross completed the podium, and with his switch to the purple platform, we can expect him to be repping that company in future lists from our quarterly and monthly rankings.
Twitch superstars Felix "xQc" Lengyel and Zack "zackrawrr" Hoyt also made this list, with the latter's sudden break in the middle of September to take care of his ill father stopping him from posting even higher HW numbers for Q3 2025. FaZe Clan, still finding its feet after a reboot last year, had representation in the form of Nick "Lacy" Fosco.
Most-watched South American streamers in Q3 2025
Like the North American list, a lot of these streamers have already appeared on the platform-based leaderboards. Kick is a lot more dominant in this region, and it continues to expand in South America as many streamers, including top ones like Coringa, are joining this platform. Streamers from here are also much more open to multistreaming here than in North America.
Most watched Asian streamers in Q3 2025
Like in Q2 2025, Junichi Kato continued to reign supreme as the most-watched content creator in Asia. However, his countryman Chikara "fps_shaka" Kawakami suffered a big fall after seeing his watch time go down by 26% in the third quarter. This list also maintained its diversity in terms of including channels from numerous platforms, including more regional ones like SOOP Korea and CHZZK.
Although most of the most-watched Asian influencers came from Korea and Japan, the variety in the platforms was also reflected in the type of content fans witnessed across Q3 2025. Apart from IRL, Just Chatting, and the usual assortment of popular games, titles like Rust and sports were livestreamed quite a lot by these top online personalities.
Most watched European streamers in Q3 2025
Four Germans were a part of this list, once again proving why it is arguably the biggest livestreaming community in Europe. The topper, however, was Ibai, far exceeding anyone else's HW figures, with Caedrel being the only other name to accumulate over 20 million HW. Byilhann also made our quarterly rankings for the first time, joined by another Frenchman, Maxence "Anyme023" Turlot, who continued his rise by appearing in this series for the second straight time.
Most watched MENA streamers in Q3 2025
Kick has firmly embedded itself in the fabric of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), as seen from its domination of these rankings. Only four entries, which also happen to be the region's most popular streamers, crossed the 10 million HW. The number of names from different countries is high, showing that there is much more competition in terms of capturing audience attention in one of the world's fastest-rising livestreaming communities.
