Twitch Rivals Squid Craft Games 3 Details
Some attractive features of this Minecraft event are:
- High-Stakes Competition: Viewers can witness their favorite streamers battle it out for a massive prize pool of $100,000.
- Unique Minigames: From thrilling chases to strategic puzzles, each game is designed to test participants' reflexes, problem-solving skills, and ability to outsmart their opponents.
- Heart-Pounding Action: Audiences can experience the thrill of the hunt as players engage in intense battles, sometimes using objects like bottles as their weapon of choice.
The Twitch Rivals Squid Craft Games 3 (Survival Cup) consists of 12 survival Minigames, with two Minigames played per day over six days. Participants are eliminated after each game until only one remains, with this player declared the winner and taking home the entire prize purse of a hundred thousand dollars.
The Minigames for Day 1 are Sweet Dreams and Bumper Cars, both being Singleplayer outings, with approximately 14 players expected to be eliminated in the latter. The two Minigames for each gameday will be revealed at the end of the previous gameday's action, meaning Day 2's games will be revealed after the two Minigames played on the opening day.
There will be an adjustment game, labeled The Night, that will take place in case any participant adjustments are needed for any of the games. Players need to kill/avoid being killed when the lights go out, which is when combat will be activated, and the aim is to avoid dying till they are the last participant standing.

Twitch Rivals Squid Craft Games 3 Viewership Statistics
Day 1 of the competition topped 1.25 million Peak Viewers and 4.2 million Hours Watched over just about four hours of airtime. These figures were more than what we saw on Day 1 at the first edition in 2022 (by 103% and 25%, respectively), while they were less than last year's opening day by 29% and 34%, respectively.
English language streams have taken a back seat, at least on Day 1, which is why the numbers this year are lower than what we saw in 2023. However, with lots more action to come, the statistics could change.
The most popular streamer to cover the proceedings on the first day in 2024 was Colombian Kick star westcol, who notched a shade over 177K PV and 602K HW. Interestingly, content creators from the Hispanic community, which represents a large part of the participants, took up more than 90% of the cumulative watch time from Day 1.
While this is unlikely to change, it will be fun to see which influencer comes out on top come November 18, with the field reduced to 171 players.
