Esports events and a slew of video game showcases took over YouTube Gaming in June 2026. Two Nintendo channels placed within the top three rankings for organizations, with the official Japanese channel peaking at 1.7 million viewers during its latest Nintendo Direct broadcast on June 9.
Among individual YouTube Gaming streamers, too, the focus was on covering competitive tournaments, as these events held high qualification stakes for the season's mid-season championships. VTubers were also highly active, with half of the watch-time rankings filled by these avatar-based content creators.
Top YouTube Gaming organization channels, June 2026

ESL Counter-Strike was the only studio channel to top 10 million Hours Watched (HW) last month, spurred by the record-breaking IEM Cologne Major 2026. Most of the nearly 13 million HW it accrued last month was thanks to the first Counter-Strike Major of the year, while live streams of many of these matches ended among the channel's most popular broadcasts ever.
KRAFTON INDIA ESPORTS once again fared well in these monthly rankings, sitting in the second spot with over 9 million HW. It broadcast matches from the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series 2026, one of the biggest events on the annual BGMI esports calendar. Although these games were mostly restricted to coverage in one country, what helped achieve such a high HW number was the fact that they were streamed in multiple languages at the same time.
A couple of official channels covering the various Mobile Legends: Bang Bang regional leagues also found places on this top ten table. MPL Indonesia was the top entry by watch time, while MPL Malaysia just about made these rankings thanks to the record-breaking Season 17, which became the series' first event to surpass 25 million Hours Watched.
League of Legends was not to be left behind, with the LCK Tiếng Việt and LCK Global finding spots in this top ten ranking. Both channels are related to coverage of the game's most popular regional circuit, and all of their watch time numbers for June 2026 came from livestreaming matches of the LCK 2026 Road to MSI.
The VALORANT Champions Tour took the fifth spot with almost 3 million HW, accumulated via livestreams of the Valorant Masters London 2026. It is joined by another rankings regular in Liên Quân Mobile eSports-Garena, which put up almost 3.7 million HW with live broadcasts of the Arena of Valor Premier League 2026.
Dozle (ドズル社) and thegameawards round off these rankings. The former, a Japanese content group focused on Minecraft, continued to take on in-game challenges, including defeating the Hardcore Ender Dragon, which remained popular among viewers.
The Game Awards held multiple livestreams of video game showcases that attracted thousands of viewers. The lineup of events included the Summer Game Festival 2026 and the State of Unreal, an event centered on Unreal Engine 5.8 and the reveal of Unreal Engine 6.

Among the most popular organization channels on YouTube Gaming were a bunch of companies that ran video game showcases across June 2026. The top four were all from this category, with the broadcasts of their special events reaching between 1.7 million and 848,000 Peak Viewers for these channels: Nintendo 公式チャンネル, thegameawards, Nintendo of America and PlayStation.
XBOX also made the cut here, thanks to the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 that celebrated 25 years for the company. It also focused on Gears of War: E-Day, the highly ambitious upcoming title that will release in October, with fans getting a detailed breakdown of its story, setting, gameplay and combat.
Among the other entries here were the channels from above covering esports action. MPL Indonesia was the most popular of the lot, touching 805,886 Peak Viewers during the Grand Finals of the MPL Indonesia Season 17, which saw a surprise winner in the form of Bigetron by Vitality.
