American streamer Guy "DrDisrespect" Beahm is stepping up to lead the gaming division at Rumble. As a co-owner and consultant, he’ll not only produce exclusive gaming content for Rumble Premium but also play a key role in growing the Rumble Gaming brand and community.
DrDisrespect has already confirmed that his first stream on Rumble will go live on December 2. However, fans noticed a channel under his name had been registered on the platform a week earlier. Speculation about his move to Rumble gained traction after the release of merchandise featuring the slogan "Make Gaming Great Again," a nod to Donald Trump’s famous campaign tagline.
Rumble marks the third platform in DrDisrespect's streaming career. In the summer of 2020, he was issued a lifetime ban from Twitch, despite being one of the platform’s most prominent and popular streamers at the time. The reasons for the ban remained a mystery for years, with DrDisrespect publicly seeking answers from Twitch but receiving no response.
Following his departure from Twitch, DrDisrespect transitioned to YouTube, where he continued streaming and remained one of the most influential figures in the U.S. streaming scene for four years. However, in mid-2024, the real reason behind his Twitch ban came to light: allegations of sending inappropriate messages to a minor. While DrDisrespect confirmed the details of the situation, he vehemently denied any wrongdoing. The revelation sparked widespread backlash, leading to the loss of major sponsors and YouTube demonetizing his channel.
While announcing his move to Rumble, DrDisrespect described it as "the biggest opportunity today." He also used the moment to take aim at YouTube’s cancel culture, expressing his frustration with the platform. Despite the challenges, he thanked his fans for their unwavering support throughout his career.
Biggest opportunity to date and I’m here for the challenge.

Crazy to think a type of ‘class of people’ tried to cancel us and create a false, exaggerated narrative about something from almost a decade ago. They embarrassed my family and I.
And with all that false, negative… https://t.co/Zuu0OpaYym
Throughout his streaming career, DrDisrespect has amassed a massive fanbase, with over 4.45 million followers on Twitch and 4.72 million on YouTube. His most-watched stream drew over 234,000 concurrent viewers in September 2024, marking his return to streaming after a two-month hiatus during which the reasons behind his Twitch ban came to light.
Recently, Rumble has been making headlines, particularly in November when its streamers led in audience reach during coverage of the U.S. elections. The presidential race helped Rumble achieve a new peak viewership record, placing it among the top three platforms for live viewership, just behind YouTube and Twitch.
DrDisrespect’s move to Rumble could have a major impact on the growth of the Rumble Gaming brand and the platform overall. According to Dexerto, after the partnership announcement, Rumble’s market value jumped by $233 million, with the company’s stock price rising 13% just hours after the news broke.
