Streams Charts sums up July on Kick. Last month, the platform once again showed growth in terms of Hours Watched and number of games: the Peak Viewers number in July reached 573.6K concurrent viewers, which is 25% more than the previous month. At the same time, the overall number of active channels decreased by almost a third (-31%) for the month. This happened after a rapid growth in June (+281%) when xQc, Amouranth, and other streamers joined the platform.
On July 1 and 14, we observed a remarkably sharp increase (followed by an equally sharp decrease) in viewers on several major Kick channels (over 100K+ viewers each time), which we attribute to bot activity. The overall Peak Viewers number of the platform increased significantly as a result of this.
Overall, it should be noted that Kick continues to grow in key viewership metrics, including Peak and Average Viewers, as well as total Hours Watched. However, the current growth is not as dynamic as it was in the spring.
Most Watched Categories On Kick
In July 2023, the most popular category on Kick was Just Chatting, accumulating over 26.1 million Hours Watched in the month, far surpassing other categories. The Top 3 also included Slots & Casino and GTA RP, with 14.3 million and 5.9 million Hours Watched, respectively. Compared to the previous month, the positions of the categories in the Top 3 and the difference between them remained largely unchanged.
Fourth place in the ranking goes to the Pools, Hot Tubs & Bikinis category — this category grew from 2.3 million to 2.95 million Hours Watched in the month, with Peak viewership increasing from 19K to 143K viewers. This surge occurred after the switch of Amouranth, one of the "founders" of the bikini streaming trend, to the platform.
The Top 5 most popular categories on Kick are rounded out by Other, Watch Party. In July, this category accumulated 2.92 million Hours Watched, slightly improving its performance from the previous month. Streamers in this category often engage in collaborative movie or TV show viewings.
The second half of the ranking consists solely of gaming categories: Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, Fortnite, Valorant, Diablo IV, and Rocket League. The list is nearly identical to the rankings from June, with the exception of Pools, Hot Tubs & Bikinis in seventh place.
Most Watched Kick Channels
The most-watched streamer on Kick in July 2023 was xQc. He accumulated over 5 million HW in the month and finally managed to surpass Adin Ross in this metric. It is worth noting that xQc held third place in June but started streaming on Kick only in the middle of the month.
Adin Ross claimed second place with a result of 3.74 million HW, which is nearly 41% fewer than his performance in June. This decline was primarily due to a significant reduction in Adin Ross's overall streaming time in July, which went from 137 hours to 80 hours of Airtime.
Third place in the ranking goes to Roshtein. The Swedish streamer accumulated 3.23 million HW in July, which is a 13% decrease compared to the previous month. As usual, Roshtein's main content was made in the Slots & Casino category.
Popular Colombian streamer and rapper, WestCOL, rose to fourth place in the ranking, accumulating nearly 3 million HW. This represents an almost 50% increase compared to June. WestCOL spends the majority of his Airtime in the Just Chatting and Special Events categories.
Ice Poseidon from the USA rounds out the Top 5 most watched Kick streamers in July. His channel accumulated 1.22 million HW in the month. This is almost the same as his result from the previous month. In July, Ice Poseidon entertained his viewers with travel streams in Thailand (and even managed to get involved with the police).

In the Top 5 of the ranking are destiny, sam, classybeef, brucedropemoff, and drb7h. Many of them were in the June top, but it's worth noting brucedropemoff, who dropped from fourth to ninth place — in a month, his HW number decreased from 2 million to 943K.
One of the important metrics of a streamer's popularity is also the Average Viewers number on their broadcasts. By this metric, Adin Ross had no competitors in July. Even xQc lost to him by more than 10K viewers, taking second place. WestCOL ended up in third place.
Most Watched Female Kick Streamers
American streamer Amouranth maintained her leading position among the Kick female streamers. In July, her broadcasts on the new platform accumulated nearly 500K HW, which is 2.5 times more than her closest competitor’s result. Most of the time, Amouranth streamed in the Just Chatting and Pools, Hot Tubs & Bikinis categories.
In second place is TheDanDangler — in the second month of summer, the streamer increased her Hours Watched by 35% and accumulated 192K HW. A significant portion of her streams were in the Pools, Hot Tubs & Bikinis category.
ElisabeteXO, AlinaRose, Crystal, Kitty Cass, Neon Jade, ActuallyAngel, Corvifeon, and WoodBabee also made it into the Top 10. The main content of Kick female streamers is mostly focused on the categories Pools, Hot Tubs & Bikinis, and ASMR. There are currently few gaming streamers on the platform and even fewer among girls.
