Russian musicians continue their charity initiatives against the war in Ukraine. Following Oxxxymiron and FACE, the series of events was announced by rapper Noize MC and singer-songwriter Monetochka. The last concert was held in Vilnius on April 10, and it was broadcast on YouTube. Streams Charts looks at how many online viewers followed the event.
Several days after the Russian invasion in Ukraine Noize MC and Monetochka issued a public statement condemning the actions of the Russian Federation and announced a series of charity concerts called Voices of Peace. In addition to Vilius, the musicians gave a concert in Riga, and until the end of April they will also perform in Warsaw, Prague and Berlin.
The musicians will send all the funds raised during the performance to the Polish charitable foundation Siepomaga, which provides assistance to Ukrainian refugees. More information about their initiative can be found here.
The concert in Vilnius lasted 4 hours, and its broadcast on YouTube during this time collected 23.2K Hours Watched with an average audience of 6.4K people. The maximum simultaneous audience at the same time reached 8.4K viewers.
Compared to the concerts of Oxxxy, the audience of Monetochka and Noize’s event turned out to be several times smaller. But one should note that Miron's performances were much more expected among fans, since these were the rapper's first concerts in the last five years.
Streams Charts also raises funds that will be redirected to ordinary citizens of the country, activists, and the armed forces of Ukraine. You can find out the details here.
