Streams Charts Expands Audience Geo & Demographics to YouTube and Kick
Streams Charts, a leading livestreaming analytics platform, now provides audience geo and demographic data for creators on Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. The expansion adds YouTube and Kick to the audience geolocation functionality first launched for Twitch in 2024, giving brands, agencies, and creators a broader view of creator audiences across major streaming platforms.
Audience insights across Twitch, YouTube, and Kick
Streams Charts’ Audience Geo & Demographics solution provides insights into where creator audiences are located and how they engage with content. Users can access:
Audience share by country
Average view duration by country
Shared audience by country, showing audience overlap between creators
Audience demographic data, such as interests, gender, age ranges
Geographic data is provided at the country level in aggregated and anonymized form. No individual viewer information or precise location data is exposed.
Key findings from Streams Charts data
To illustrate what this expanded cross-platform view reveals, Streams Charts analyzed the audiences of the 1,000 most-watched channels on each platform over the past 30 days. The analysis highlights clear differences in audience geography and age across Twitch, YouTube Gaming, and Kick.
Twitch has the strongest US concentration. The United States accounted for 28% of Twitch's audience, compared with 15% on Kick and 14% on YouTube Gaming.
Kick has the most geographically diverse audience. 21 countries accounted for at least 1% of Kick's audience, compared with 17 on Twitch and 16 on YouTube Gaming. No single region represented more than 30% of Kick's audience, while Latin America and MENA together accounted for more than half.
YouTube Gaming has the strongest Asia-Pacific concentration. More than 60% of YouTube Gaming's audience came from APAC, led by Japan, Indonesia, and India. The platforms also differ by age.
Nearly 27% of YouTube Gaming's audience is under 20, compared with 21% on Twitch, while Twitch has the largest share of viewers aged 25 and older.
The one thing that does not change is gender: on all three platforms the audience is 82 to 84% male, with barely two points between them.
Expanded cross-platform creator discovery
With audience data now available for Twitch, YouTube, and Kick, users can browse and evaluate creators based on the characteristics of their audiences, rather than relying on total viewership alone.

The expanded functionality can support influencer discovery, audience research, and brand partnership planning by helping users identify creators whose audiences match specific geographic or demographic requirements.
The audience data is also available through the Streams Charts API, enabling businesses and developers to integrate audience insights into their own tools and workflows. Streams Charts also supports integrations with AI agents through dedicated skills, allowing users to access audience intelligence using natural-language queries, such as asking an agent: “What is the audience profile of shroud?”
“Expanding Audience Geo & Demographics to YouTube and Kick gives our users a broader view of creator audiences across the streaming ecosystem. Brands and agencies can now use audience geography and demographics to identify creators based on who is actually watching them, which is always an important factor to consider.”
— said Nazar Babenko, Product Manager at Streams Charts.
The Audience Geolocation feature is available as part of the additional solutions "Audience Geo & Demographics," which can be purchased on Streams Charts Pricing.
