Contrary to popular belief, the females of Twitch stream not only ASMR and IRL content, but also games of various genres, including hardcore soulslike RPGs and brutal shooters. In this article, we will talk about the most successful female streamers whose broadcasts were the most diverse by number of games in Q1 2022.

First of all, we should mention those who only streamed in a single category for three months and still achieved noticeable success. The ASMR guru pekeasmr is the absolute leader there. A young streamer from the United States started broadcasting a couple of years ago, and in January-March 2022 she confidently outstripped all her pursuers among females with a single streaming category. She amassed as much as 1.8M Hours Watched versus 700K for 죠니니 (johnny3047258) who took the second spot.

Of the female streamers who broadcasted two-to-five games, the top female streamer in the beginning of the year was Gingy. She is very fond of shooters and played almost exclusively Escape from Tarkov and The Cycle: Frontier. Of the girls broadcasting two-to-five games in January-March, she was also the one to reach the highest Peak Viewers mark of 17K viewers.

One of the highlights among the female streamers broadcasting six-to-ten categories was bnans, a content creator from the USA who is a fan of shooters. She mostly plays Valorant, Rust, and Apex Legends, and her channel scored 1.2M Hours Watched (up 82% compared to Q4 2021) in January-March, and she's also ranked second by Peak Viewers with 48K viewers.

Another lover of shooters, AnneMunition, prefers hardcore Escape from Tarkov and Rainbow Six: Siege, as well as arcade games like Minecraft and Fortnite. Her audience also grew in the wake of the New Year’s Escape from Tarkov event, with her January 6 charity stream amassing 30K Peak Viewers (for comparison, she reached just over 4K Peak Viewers in Q4 2021).

The highlight in the category of streamers broadcasting from 10 to 50 games was rather sensational: the virtual streamer ironmouse was able to push Amouranth from the first spot. Ironmouse started streaming in 2017 and at first she felt insecure and nervous during the broadcasts, but over time, friends and a cozy atmosphere helped her cope with her worries, and the resulting image kept attracting more and more viewers. She is a member of the streamer group of similar virtual content creators known as VShojo. In addition to Just Chatting, she also broadcast the walkthrough of the latest trend among soulslike games: Elden Ring. A pretty avatar and a grotesquely high-pitched voice, coupled with quirky humor, did their job: making the viewers delighted and ramping up her channel’s Hours Watched for January-March to 10M, which is 2M more than the indicator reached by Amouranth.

We could not avoid mentioning the leader in terms of Peak Viewers – the streamer QTCinderella with her 381K viewers. On her channel, she often streams IRL content and cooking streams and prefers Sims 4 when it comes to games. QTCinderella is a member of the Team SoloMid streaming team and is one of the co-authors of the "e-girl rejects" podcast. The Peak Viewers indicator was reached during the broadcast of the new Streamers Awards ceremony. The award ceremony took place in Los Angeles in early March, where QTCinderella, in addition to being the organizer of this event, she was also te host of the ceremony.

Found among the most popular streamers was another vtuber – Shylily, who lives in Germany and has been streaming since July 2015. In January-March of this year, Shilily mainly streamed in the Just Chatting category, as well as did walkthroughs of hardcore RPGs Elden Ring and Dark Souls. Her channel amassed 4.2M Hours Watched, not in the least due to the impressive airtime of 1.1K hours as she hosted 40-day long subathon.

The Mexican female streamer AriGameplays is also worth noting, as she ranked second in terms of Peak Viewers among all girls in Q1, amassing 142K viewers. She is one of the rising stars of the Internet, with a seven-figure following her not only on YouTube and Twitch channels, but also on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Her top category in terms of airtime is not Just Chatting, but GTA V. In addition, she loves to play Minecraft and all kinds of battle royales.

In the section of those who featured more than 50 different games in Q1, PAAStreaming took the lead in terms of Peak Viewers by a significant margin: one of her broadcasts gained more than 17K Peak Viewers. She commented on the choice of her nickname with humor: “I am a person who practices the technique of assassination using negativity.” PAAStreaming even started a Twitch streaming group of the same name. Of course, the flavor of her stream is not of any deadly negativity, but rather of a relaxed atmosphere of walkthroughs. It is difficult to name a popular title that she wouldn’t try: despite her nickname, the “passive-aggressive assassin” prefers playing Civilization V and Fortnite.

In terms of Hours Watched, the leadership is held by a triumvirate of Korean vtubers. The leader is 고차비(kumikomii) with 1.3M Hours Watched. She owes her nickname to her favorite dish – sweet potato glutinous rice cake, and her nickname is an abbreviation of this name. She used to stream on the Korean service AfreecaTV, but after a three-year hiatus, she decided to move to Twitch, where she has been streaming since April 2017. She prefers single-player games: visual novels and RPGs.

끠끼(kuiki771) ranks second with 900K Hours Watched. She was born and raised in the countryside where she helped her father raise chickens, but she ended up receiving psychological trauma because of the grim fate these birds were facing later down the road. In particular, this caused her to pretty much exclude meat from her diet. She started streaming on Twitch in September 2018, and this year she has been featured in almost all the trendy games – Lost Ark, Elden Ring, and Vampire: Survivors. But Minecraft remains her favorite pastime.

Holding the third spot is 고차비(rudbeckia7), whose viewers spent a total of 830K Hours Watched on her streams. She started her career back in 2012 on AfreecaTV, but with the growing popularity of Twitch, she decided to move to the Western platform in October 2016. Her nickname can be translated as something close to the expression "sunshine that breaks through the leaves in summer." In addition to Chatting, she often streams indie games.
