Kick's growth remains robust, expanding its audience month by month. In the second quarter of 2024, xQc reclaimed the top spot among Kick's streamers, while Adin Ross, the Q1 leader, dropped to seventh place. Several Kick streamers achieved new channel records by covering the Kings World Cup 2024.
Canadian streamer xQc returned to the number one position as Kick's most-watched content creator in Q2 2024, amassing 13.2 million Hours Watched. Despite a 21% decrease compared to Q1, xQc's engaging content, including reactions to comedic videos and gameplay of popular titles like Elden Ring, Age of Empires IV, League of Legends, and Rocket League, kept his audience captivated throughout the quarter.
Following xQc was westcol, who climbed from sixth to second place, generating over 12 million HW last quarter. Westcol focused on IRL streams, sharing his travels across Colombian cities and beyond. His streams of the Kings World Cup 2024, particularly with his team West Santos FC, were his most popular broadcasts of the year.
Additionally, sxb and elraenn, two other top Kick streamers, significantly boosted their viewing hours by covering the Kings World Cup 2024. Their broadcasts set new peak viewership records, with sxb from Saudi Arabia attracting over 690.7 thousand viewers and elraenn drawing 170 thousand concurrent viewers during their respective streams.
Drb7h, Kick's second-ranked streamer from Saudi Arabia, also made notable strides in Q2, doubling his Q1 performance with 7.5 million HW. In May, drb7h set a channel record for peak viewership, reaching over 124.3 thousand viewers during his GTA V stream peak.
While N3on, adinross, and mellstroy271 maintained their positions in the top 10, their viewing hours saw a slight decline compared to Q1. Adin Ross, in particular, experienced a significant drop from leading Q1 with 25.9 million HW to 9.2 million HW in Q2. Notably, adinross reduced his streaming frequency, with his last broadcast on May 25th, during which period he did not host major broadcasts with notable guests like Playboi Carti.
