Having created much hype with the announcement of the third edition of the ESLAND Awards in December, organizer TheGrefg started the new year with a bang. He live-streamed the nomination announcement for one of the most sought-after awards in the Hispanic streaming industry on January 7, generating more excitement and attracting a few thousand viewers.
This January 7 livestream lasted around two hours and 35 minutes and attracted 150.1K Hours Watched, 85.7K Peak Viewers, and 58.1K Average Viewers. It helped the channel gain about 4.4K followers and was easily his most successful video in a still nascent 2024.
The Premios ESLAND 2024 will emanate from Andorra on February 17, 2024, with the attraction being the snow-clad mountains in the backdrop of this awards show. For those unaware, ESLAND mixes three words — Spain, Latin America, and Andorra — to celebrate the creativity and talent of the best content creators from the Spanish-speaking community.
Nominations in 12 categories were disclosed on Sunday, with voting opening on January 8 and running till January 14 at 12:00 PM Spanish time. For the information of readers and voters, there are ten candidates per category, from which the four finalists will emerge, with the above voting deciding the top four nominees in each segment.

Last year's iteration was broadcast live exclusively on TheGrefg's channel, so it remains to be seen if that remains the case this time or if community streaming will play a part. Moreover, the venue and ticket details have not been disclosed, although they should be out soon.
The first two editions were held in Barcelona and Mexico City, covering two of the three regions represented by the name. With only one region remaining, Andorra will now get the chance to complete the set and show the world what it is all about.
