The Streamer Awards 2025 are back, bringing to the forefront one of the most coveted ceremonies on the annual livestreaming calendar. On November 16, the event’s official social media handles revealed the list of nominees in the 35 award categories, with quite a few industry heavy hitters finding themselves among this prestigious bunch.
The Streamer Awards 2025 will be held on December 6 at The Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles. Voting for the nominees is now open, and fans can head to this link to help their favorite streamers emerge victorious in their respective categories.
Maya Higa will be returning to co-host the event, having done so at the inaugural ceremony in 2022. There will also be performances by VTuber ironmouse, Canadian indie rock band Good Kid and American R&B singer Ty Dolla $ign. The others set to be part of the organizing line-up are:

Voting at the Streamer Awards 2025
As has been the case over the first four editions, the submissions of fans and the general public will contribute towards deciding the final award winners. Voting will close on Saturday, November 29, with voters allowed to skip categories that they do not want to vote for and can come back later and update their submissions.

Those looking to catch the Streamer Awards 2025 from the comfort of their homes can tune in to the Twitch channel of its creator, Blaire "QTCinderella." She should also double up as the show host, if previous iterations are anything to go by.
Apart from a livestream on the QTCinderella channel, this highly successful awards ceremony will have a lot of community casters covering the action. Anyone interested in community casting this event can sign up using this form, which is also available on the official website.
Fans can expect some top names to co-stream the Streamer Awards 2025. While the list of such content creators will come out later, a look at the four previous editions shows that the likes of Charles "MoistCr1TiKaL" White Jr., Hasan "HasanAbi" Piker, Ludwig "Ludwig" Ahgren and Cody "Clix" Conrod should be tuning in to watch live with their viewers.
What happened at the Streamer Awards 2024?
Last year's ceremony was held at the same venue, with awards up for grabs in 28 categories. Kai Cenat won the Streamer of the Year award for the second straight year, while the Gamer of the Year trophy went to Jynxzi. The duo was the only double award winners, alongside Minecraft star Alexis "Quackity", from this edition.
The Streamer Awards 2024 registered 3.2 million Hours Watched (HW) and 645,166 Peak Viewers (PV), averaging 339,830 Average Viewers (AV). A large part of these numbers came from the over 400 channels that caught the action live at some point during its nearly ten-hour airtime.
The Streamer Awards 2024 also finished as QTCinderella's most-watched broadcast, while ending third on the peak viewership table. Interestingly, she was banned by Twitch right before the ceremony started due to some fundraising issues, but the platform soon reinstated her channel.
