Most Watched Female Streamers in Q4 2024

Most Watched Female Streamers in Q4 2024, swipe to exclude VTubers
In the Q4 of 2024, the list of top female streamers saw some major changes. First off, the leader from the previous quarter, ironmouse, couldn’t match the numbers from her September super marathon and, as expected, dropped from first to fifth place. Meanwhile, VTubers Miko, Pekora, and Koyori saw increases of 10% to 30% in their viewing hours. Koyori also set a new channel record for peak viewership, hitting 119,963 PV during a virtual baseball game stream with other VTubers.
A new addition to the list was Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, the current president of Mexico, who won the general election in the summer of 2024. She regularly hosts live streams on her channel, and in the final quarter, she ranked high in both total viewing hours and peak concurrent viewers.
Another streamer who saw a big increase in her viewing hours in Q4 2024 was Emiru from the OTK community. Over the course of three months, she grew her hours watched by 50%, thanks to a cosplay contest, Halloween-themed parties, the OTK's TOP Streamer event, and other activities. Her World of Warcraft and Marvel Rivals streams at the end of the year were especially popular with her audience.

The most popular female streamer in Q4 2024 was Sakuna, a rising VTubing star from Japan who held her first stream in October. Her debut attracted 383,139 concurrent viewers. During her first stream, Sakuna introduced herself, shared some background, and answered questions from her audience in the chat.
In second place was QTCinderella, a well-known streamer from the United States. In December, she hosted The 2024 Streamer Awards and pulled in a peak of 215,509 viewers. This broadcast became the fourth most-watched stream of her career.
Coming in third was Blogueirinha, a popular Brazilian blogger who’s known for her talk shows and interviews with celebrity guests and influencers. In early December, she aired a nearly two-hour interview with Carlinhos Maia, a Brazilian actor, comedian, influencer, and entrepreneur. The stream attracted 184,124 concurrent viewers, setting a new all-time record for her channel.

The most-watched female streamer in Q3 2024 was ironmouse, who racked up over 9 million Hours Watched in just three months. This impressive feat was largely due to her incredibly successful subathon, during which she set a Twitch record for the most subscriptions. Notably, in the second quarter, ironmouse held the third spot.
VTubers Miko and Pekora from the hololive agency maintained their positions in the top three. Subaru also climbed a few spots compared to the last ranking. Mira came in fifth, matching her second-quarter performance and keeping a strong presence in the rankings.
In other changes, amouranth and Valkyrae dropped out of the overall top ten. However, Jinnytty, Emiru, and Kyedae improved their standings by the end of the quarter, with Kyedae getting a boost from the community casting of the Valorant Champions 2024. Overall, the trend of VTubers dominating the scene remains strong — girls with 2D avatars continue to be immensely popular with viewers.

In the ranking of the most popular female channels, the top spot goes to a VTuber — Japanese streamer Minato Aqua. Last summer, she announced that she was leaving the Hololive agency due to disagreements with management, and at the end of August, she held a big virtual concert to say goodbye to her fans. During the broadcast, a whopping 735,000 Peak Viewers tuned in at the same time, making it one of the most-watched streams ever by a VTuber.
In second place is Miko, another digital girl from Japan. Her live 3D concert "DAI DAI DAI Fantasista" attracted almost 170,000 viewers, setting a new record for her channel.
Taking the third spot is alondrissa, a rapidly rising streamer from Puerto Rico. She set a channel record during a stream featuring singer and rapper Young Miko, which peaked at over 151,000 viewers.
Besides alondrissa, the only non-VTuber in the top ten is amouranth. The American streamer hosted a broadcast on Kick in July, where she opened Disney trading cards, attracting over 120,000 viewers at its peak. This was a record-setting stream for amouranth — she hadn't seen such an audience even during her time on Twitch.

Surprisingly, the top spot for average viewership during streams in Q3 this year went to American streamer madisonbeer. She had just a few broadcasts in July and August, where she played Roblox, Fortnite, and Fall Guys. Still, she managed to keep her average viewership above 33,000. The remaining spots in the top ten were filled by VTubers from YouTube.
Most Watched Female Streamers in Q2 2024

Japanese Vtuber Pekora Ch became the most-watched female streamer in the second quarter of 2024, generating 9.6 million hours watched over three months. This nearly matched her first-quarter result, indicating her stable position on the platform and the strong loyalty of her audience.
Among other content creators, ironmouse showed significant improvement, moving from fifth to third place in the rankings. Mira also demonstrated good progress by entering the top 5. Conversely, Amouranth experienced a decline, with her viewing hours decreasing by 24% compared to the first quarter. The American streamer couldn't reverse the downward trend despite increasing her streaming hours.
Kyedae, Emiru, and Rivers fell outside the top 10 overall rankings for the quarter, with their viewing hours decreasing by 20-30% compared to the beginning of the year. Nevertheless, all three maintained their positions in the rankings when Vtubers were excluded.

Japanese Vtubers have reclaimed their leadership in the rankings of the most popular female streamers. In the previous quarter, QTCinderella had surpassed them with an outstanding performance during the Streamer Awards. However, Pekora Ch, a Vtuber from the Hololive agency, has now returned to the top spot. The content of Japanese Vtubers hasn't changed much in recent months — they've been actively playing various titles like Super Mario, Minecraft, and Cuphead, and have also tried the new Elden Ring expansion. Most of their streams, though, are dedicated to interacting with viewers on various topics rather than gaming.
Cameliaaa92 from Morocco made it into the top 10 this quarter. Her few streams were dedicated to IRL broadcasts from various football shows. Despite a drop in viewing hours, Rivers improved her peak concurrent viewership thanks to her streams of the Kings World Cup.
Compared to the first quarter, Emiru and Kyedae saw significant drops in the rankings, while Amouranth and Pokimane made their way back into the top 10. It's important to note that peak concurrent viewership is not always a reliable metric, as a single successful stream can significantly impact a streamer's ranking.

The average viewer count per stream is a more indicative and objective metric. In this regard, Japanese Vtubers have again taken the lead — not only matching but also improving their results from the previous quarter. This metric indicates that competition at the top is becoming increasingly intense. For instance, Emiru had an average of 18K viewers in the previous rankings and held the fourth position. Now, with an average of 17K viewers, she barely remains in the overall top 10.
Another notable streamer in the top rankings is RevedTV from Germany. Unlike other streamers, she conducted only a few broadcasts but managed to secure a spot in the top 10 thanks to interesting collaborations with other German streamers, such as Papaplatte.
Most Watched Female Streamers in Q1 2024

The most viewed channel among female streamers was owned by Pekora, a VTuber streamer signed to hololive. Outside of the top three belonging to hololive VTubers, Ironmouse, a popular American YouTuber amassed over 5 million Hours Watched in the first quarter of 2024. Overall, the top female streamers were quite diverse, representing different countries and regions, each specializing in various content. For instance, Kyedae actively covers Valorant tournaments, while Mira often hosts streams in the "Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches" category.
Also making it into the top 10 were Emiru and ExtraEmily, both members of the OTK community; Emily ranks within the top 10 list which excludes VTubers, something we have done to present a wider overview of the top females in the live-streaming community.
High ranks among the female streamers were achieved by Rivers_gg and Jinnytty — the former covering matches in the media football leagues Kings League and Queens League, while the latter entertains viewers with IRL broadcasts from her travels.
When considering Hours Watched as a measurement of a streamer's viewership, it is critical to take the Airtime, or total broadcasting time, of a streamer into consideration. Some streamers who appear highly on this ranking achieved millions of Hours Watched thanks to constant broadcasts, often rerunning old content.
Most Popular Female Streamers in Q1 2024

By peak concurrent viewers, QTCinderella reigned from the top. In recent years the American streamer has become well known for her complex live events, and at the beginning of 2024 she hosted another edition of her annual The Streamer Awards. The Streamer Awards 2024 garnered 294.8K PV on her main channel.
Behind QT followed a group of successful VTubers. Towa was the most popular of these Japanese creators, having received 180K PV for the 2024 Hololive New Year Cup. Mario Kart tournaments have become a staple of hololive, and the VTubing agency held one of their biggest events ever at the start of 2024. Towa served as the host for the tournament, benefitting hugely and recording her highest peak concurrent viewership for her Twitch channel.
Outside the VTubing industry, Kyedae received 148.5K Peak Viewers for her coverage of the recent Valorant Masters Madrid tournament. Kyedae is engaged to popular esports professional and streamer TenZ, who competes with Sentinels in Valorant. Kyedae's 148.5K PV was her highest viewership ever, and she earned it while covering Sentinels' match against Gen.G, the Grand Final of the esports event.
IamCristinini, Gingy, and xChocoBars all recorded high PVs for their respective channels too. Similar to QT, Cristinini earned her 63K thanks to coverage of Premios Ídolo, an awards show. Gingy received abnormally high viewership thanks to a Twitch Drops collaboration with Escape from Tarkov, and Chocobars held a special event in collaboration with Uber Eats and American fast food company Wendys.

Turning to the average concurrent viewership of the female live-streaming industry, VTubers continue to dominate. One thing worth noting is that all of these VTubers are signed to the same agency: hololive. The agency is particular smart about hosting collaborative events between their streamers, often driving all those who sign with them to high viewership.
Excluding the VTubers, many of the streamers featuring in this ranking are ones we have already seen in the previous two lists. Chess influencer siters BotezLive, although the two have been streaming less and less in recent months. Moroccan cameliaaa92 ranked hihgly thanks to her popularity within the francophone live-streaming community, and pokimane and Amouranth both received considerable viewership, although both are not operating as full-time Twitch streamers at the moment.
Most Watched Female Streamers January 2024
Ranking at the pinnacle of live streaming is Japanese VTuber Pekora. Pekora is signed to the hololive VTubing agency and regularly dominates not only the VTubing industry but also the YouTube Gaming live streaming statistics. She generated 3.37M Hours Watched through her YT Gaming broadcasts, mainly broadcasting Terraria and Palworld gameplay.
Pekora’s most-watched singular broadcast of the month was her second Terraria stream, which generated 429K Hours Watched across almost 11 hours of broadcasting. Despite the lengthy broadcast, she was able to maintain 40K Average Viewers during the day: a testament to her loyal audience. Her Terraria streams were well received by her audience, performing significantly ahead of her monthly average of 35.3K AV.
Behind Pekora were two more hololive-affiliated VTubers, Koyori and Miko. Koyori received much lower average viewership than the two VTubers she ranked in between, but achieved her watch time through consistent lengthy streams, averaging over 7 hours of daily broadcasting for the entire month. She generated 2.73M Hours Watched in total, mixing retro and modern on her channel. Throughout January she streamed retro fan favourites from the past, such as Banjo-Kazooie and older Dragon Quest games. She also mixed in some Palworld, hopping on the game’s hype train.
Miko managed to snag the final podium spot on this ranking, despite featuring the lowest Airtime of any creator within this top 10. She garnered 2.68M Hours Watched and averaged 33.7K Average Viewers for the entire month, slightly less than Pekora but far more than any other creator ranked here. Her Palworld content was her most-watched of the month, garnering 351.5K Hours Watched. Interestingly, Miko’s stream dynamics show an almost immediate viewership when going live, representative of fans immediately joining the broadcast when she goes live. This showcase of popularity could be a byproduct of her low airtime; fans cannot wait to watch her broadcasts.
Moving out of the top 3, our first English-speaking creator of the list is ironmouse, another VTuber. Ironmouse remains one of the most popular creators in the industry, and her content remained as usual for January. She broadcasted a variety of content, watching user-submitted videos, playing Minecraft on the QSMP server, and trying out some new fads such as Lethal Company, Palworld, and Buckshot Roullette. In total, she generated 1.69M Hours Watched, which marked an uptick in watch time but was largely caused by longer broadcasting time.
Gingy, the second Twitch streamer of this ranking, generated 1.45M Hours Watched in January. The American broadcaster garnered 304% more hours of watch time in January compared to the previous month and enjoyed a 343% increase in average viewership. This was due to her Escape from Tarkov streams in early January, the most-watched of these generated 607K Hours Watched. Tarkov enabled Drops for their annual holiday event and Gingy benefitted heavily from the Drops offered on her channel. Excluding the two Drops-enabled Tarkov streams, viewership for Gingy’s channel was much lower and was more representative of her usual audience.
Following Gingy were three more American streamers, the first of which was Valkyrae of YouTube Gaming. Valkyrae is hugely popular and her high placement in this ranking is no fluke. She generated 1.44M Hours Watched; a 9% increase in watch time which was mirrored by a 9% increase in Airtime. Looking towards average viewership for the month, Valkyrae’s viewership neither increased nor decreased in January. Rae is currently in the middle of a GTA RP phase and spent most of the month nearly entirely either streaming GTA V or streaming other games with friends from GTA RP.
OTK co-owner Emiru ranked as the 7th-most-watched female streamer of January, having received 1.39M Hours Watched on her Twitch channel. Emiru managed this high watch time despite only going live 14 times throughout the month, and her most-watched stream was her cosplay contest, which generated 162.3K HW alone. Alongside guests Asmongold, Tectone, and cosplayer Jessica Nigri, she judged viewer-submitted cosplays and offered $50K in prizes to the best.
Over on Kick, Amouranth is enjoying success since signing a deal with the platform in mid-2023. Amouranth earned 1.37M Hours Watched, overwhelmingly thanks to her Just Chatting content. Although she is likely most well known for such content, she did spend over 60 hours broadcasting the new Palworld game, alongside a few hours with some other gaming titles. Her Palworld content was the top-performing category for her channel in the Average Viewers metric, with 4.8K AV recorded.
Twitch Partner mira is the penultimate creator on this top 10 ranking, and placed largely thanks to her extremely high Airtime. She was live for almost 700 hours in January, more than double that of Amouranth. None of her content especially stood out, with the large majority of her January streams receiving between 1.8K and 2.1K AV.
Lastly, Valorant creator Kyedae ranked in the final place of this ranking, having generated 1.34M Hours Watched for the month. The Canadian creator almost exclusively streamed Valorant throughout the month, with many of her streams titled “grind”. With the new Valorant Episode 8 Act 1 beginning in early January, Kyedas has since truly been grinding.
Since starting to stream the new act, Kyedae went live 15 times throughout the remaining 21 days of the month and was live for over 9 hours on average for each stream. Her most-watched broadcast was, as you would expect, a Valorant stream early in the month. For this broadcast she garnered 8.5K Average Viewers throughout over 12 hours of broadcasting time, culminating in 108K Hours Watched.
Most Popular Female Streamers January 2024
Looking towards the most popular female streamers by peak concurrent viewership, this ranking is entirely dominated by YouTube Gaming creators, and more specifically hololive-affiliated creators. Of the 10 creators present, 8 of these streamers are signed to hololive. The VTuber agency achieved such domination thanks to collaborative events between streamers, and the highly awaited 2024 Hololive New Year Cup.
The cup was the fifth edition of hololive’s Mario Kart tournaments, and the event was hosted by Towa and Okayu, who ranked 1st and 2nd on this ranking with 180K and 137K PV, respectively. Suisei Channel also reached her 55K Peak Viewers during her stream of the cup. Although other hololive streamers on this ranking also broadcasted the event, they did not achieve their peak viewership for the month during this cup.
Pekora reached 86K Peak Viewers during her birthday celebration on January 12. Miko garnered 83K PV during a Gen 0 collaboration stream: Gen 0 is an unofficial group for those who joined hololive outside of the usual groups, which debut in waves. Subaru reached 79K PV during a collaboration with Marine, who reached her own 76K PV in another collaboration with Okayu. Katana, the remaining hololive-VTuber of the ranking, reached 59K PV during a tea party, a casual chatty collaboration of multiple hololive creators.
Of the 2 non-hololive-affiliated creators on this ranking, one more VTuber was present. フレン・E・ルスタリオ (Furen E Lustario) is affiliated with the agency NIJISANJI and garnered 76K PV during a stream featuring other NIJISANJI creators, like Kuzuha: 2023’s most-watched male VTuber with over 30M Hours Watched in the year.
The sole creator of the list who isn’t a VTuber, Gingy, achieved her peak viewership thanks to the Escape from Tarkov Drops-enabled streams we covered in the previous section. She reached 59K Peak Viewers during a Tarkov stream and maintained 49.2K Average Viewers for over 12 hours of broadcasting time. Her viewership was also boosted by raids from other creators, such as Escape from Tarkov streamer SheefGG, who brought over 20K viewers to her channel in a raid.

Top Female YouTube Gaming Streamers January 2024
Looking towards YouTube Gaming specifically, only one singular non-VTuber appeared in these top 10 rankings by watch time and peak viewership. Valkyrae managed to rank within the top 10 according to total watch time, although she was not featured in the ranking according to peak viewership.
In terms of Peak Viewers, the top 10 ranking was almost the same as our overall rankings. High concurrent viewership was entirely dominated by VTubers, particularly hololive-affiliated ones, and all of the streamers in this ranking we have already looked at in this text. Gingy of Twitch made room for Koyori, who moved up into 10th place on the ranking with 51K Peak Viewers thanks to a special New Year’s celebration stream.

For watch time, the 7th, 8th, and 9th places of our rankings brought some new faces. Koseki ranked 7th with 1.19M Hours Watched, joining Valkyrae as one of the rare English-speaking creators of the ranking. Koseki is part of hololive’s push into the English-speaking sphere of live-streaming with their hololive English group. Koseki debuted with hololive in mid-2023 and has already accumulated 543K Followers and enough of an audience to rank with a monthly top 10.
Lui of hololive’s holoX group ranked 8th with 1.11M Hours Watched. The VTuber generated most of her watch time without collaborations and enjoyed successful viewership without relying on the popularity of her agency and other creators within it. Her most-watched content of the month was her retro DragonQuest streams, although she also spent some time checking out Palworld.
Lastly, Tosaki Mimi of the Virtual eSports Project agency received 1M Hours Watched. Tosaki’s channel featured much fewer special events and collaborative streams than her hololive-affiliated peers, instead, she preferred long broadcasts of League of Legends, and of course, Palworld.
Top Twitch Female Streamers January 2024

Top Twitch Female Streamers January 2024
Compared to YouTube Gaming, Twitch featured a much more international and diverse ranking of streamers among the top performers. Looking towards watch time, we have already dealt with the top half of the ranking, and the lower half begins with even more VTubers.
烟花蹦蹦蹦 (hennie2001) of Taiwan ranked 6th by watch time in January, having received 1.31M Hours Watched. Usually, Chinese-speaking creators do not appear on these rankings, as Chinese live-streaming platforms do not provide reliable publicly available information for us to track and compare. Many of the Chinese-speaking creators on Twitch and YouTube Gaming are from Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, or another Chinese-speaking region.

Next came 赤見かるび or Akami Karubi of Japan. Karubi is the only independent VTuber to appear in this article and generated her 1.26M Hours Watched throughout January without the assistance of an agency. Although the Japanese creator usually streams a wide variety of gaming content, she reached her Peak Viewers for January on the 1st of the month while reacting to news of an earthquake and consequent tsunami. This broadcast became her most-watched of the month, and she reached 32K Peak Viewers while watching the news.
Moving away from VTubers, fanfan was next in the ranking with 1.21M Hours Watched. Fanfan has been snowballing her popularity since Q4 of 2023 as she progressively grew her audience throughout the end of the year. Moving into 2024, fanfan is still enjoying growth in terms of watch time, and her most-watched and most popular broadcast of the month was her New Year’s Day stream, which garnered 245K Hours Watched and 37K Peak Viewers.
Evaanna earned slightly fewer Hours Watched than fanfan, settling for 1.19M HW. Her watch time came almost directly from her extremely high Airtime, and she recorded the lowest Average Viewers rating on this top 10. Similar to other creators in this top 10 such as mira and 烟花蹦蹦蹦, these creators compensate for lower average viewership by being live as often as possible.
HoneyPuu of Germany finished our top 10 ranking by watch time, with 1.08M Hours Watched in total. The German creator enjoyed a boost to her viewership thanks to a short subathon she hosted earlier in the month. She then hosted another 24-hour broadcast, before taking a well-deserved break and not streaming much at all for the final third of the month.
Rivers_gg ranked 2nd of the most popular creators thanks to the return of Queens League, a seven-a-side football league supported by football celebrities and internet personalities. She received 44K Peak Viewers during a broadcast of her team’s match, for which she received a 165% increase to AV, which settled at 33.4K for the stream.
Cameliaaa92 of Morocco enjoyed a highly successful 48-hour streaming marathon, which earned her 37K Peak Viewers during the second half. It was her singular most-watched stream ever by watch time, although a special event she hosted in September of last year earned a higher peak viewership.
English-speaking VTuber hailing from Germany Shylily reached 34K Peak Viewers whilst revealing her new model, ExtraEmily reached 25K Peak Viewers during a workout session with Knut and HasanAbi, and QTCinderella reached 24K Peak Viewers as she revealed the nominees for her upcoming The Streamer Awards 2024 event, which received 2.34M Hours Watched and 580K Peak Viewers for its 2023 iteration.
