The top 100 Russian-speaking streamers were compiled based on Hours Watched of their channels in the third quarter of 2021 (July-September). Channels of studios and gaming communities, for example, RiotGamesRU and Igromania, were excluded from the selection.

The most popular Russian-language streamers in Q3, 2021
Vladislav "SilverName" Sinotov became the most popular Russian-language Twitch streamer in Q3, although viewers spent 100K hours less on his streams than in Q2. Team Spirit's streamer reached first place due to the fact that the leader of the second quarter had a significant decrease in performance. In the second quarter, Stray228 generated 5.8M HW, but in the third — only 3.9M, which dropped him to fourth place in the top.

Recrent lost 300K HW in comparison with Q2, but did not change its position in the ranking — second place. Zxcursed skyrocketed from eighth to third place with 4.3M Hours Watched: he streamed Dota 2 and was on air for the longest time among the streamers presented in the top — 944 hours.
Evelone192, the only representative of Ukraine in the top 10, is in seventh place in the ranking with 3M HW. From December 2020 to mid-June, Vadim was banned on Twitch. He was temporarily streaming on YouTube, and now, for the first time since returning to Twitch, he got into the top 10.
In comparison with the second quarter, Buster, Nix and C_a_k_e left the top 10. At the same time, WELOVEGAMES and HoneyMad returned to the top 10, taking 9th and 10th places, respectively.
The most popular Russian-speaking female streamers on Twitch in Q3, 2021
Eight girls entered the top 100 Russian-speaking streamers. By_Owl has been holding the lead since the second quarter. Yulia's indicators fell by 24%, but this did not prevent her from staying in the first place.
The second place was taken by Olyashaa — 730K HW for 400 hours on the air. In the second quarter, the girl did not get into the ranking, and this year she was on the air longer than all the other representatives of the ranking. Fasoollka (the only Ukrainian in the ranking), Kareykadasha (Maxim Matveev positions himself as a girl, so we included him in this part of the top) and ekatze007 also got into the top 100 for the first time.
Fruktozka's HW halved in the third quarter, as she spent 134 hours less on the air. In Q2, the girl was in second place, and now she is down to eighth.
The most popular categories among Russian-speaking streamers in the third quarter of 2021
We found out which categories brought the largest HW number among Russian-speaking streamers. Dota 2 is the leader among men — 26.8% of Hours Watched. Compared to the second quarter, the МОВА's indicators only increased, and in the fourth quarter, we expect even greater growth, since The International 10 was held in October. Just Chatting with 19.8% of HW is in second place among men, and Hearthstone, the main category of SilverName, took third place with 7.3%.
The situation is different for women: 75.4% of HW were scored in the Just Chatting category, as many girls like to conduct conversational streams. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is in second place for girls — the game accounted for only 3.9% of the total HW. Note that the female top also includes categories that are not very popular with guys: Dead by Daylight and Genshin Impact.
