CazéTV, a Brazilian channel, became the most popular channel on YouTube Live in November. The game of the national team at the FIFA World Cup was actively discussed on this channel. More than 1.6 million Peak Viewers watched the broadcast on November 28, which has become a record on the channel.
The Portuguese channel Record News ranks second with 1.2 million Peak Viewers. World news, politics, and, of course, football were discussed there throughout the month as usual. The broadcast of November 1, where the results of the elections in Brazil were discussed, received a special attention from viewers — this helped to set a record for PV on the channel.
NASA channel saw a record-breaking 722K PV in November, which helped it take third place in the ranking. The launch of the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket with Orion spacecraft to the moon in the Artemis mission was the center of attention.
VETV7 ESPORTS, a Vietnamese channel, takes fourth place in the ranking. In November, it hosted only one broadcast — the final of the 2022 World Championship in League of Legends. The match between T1 and DRX attracted more than 682K PV on the channel.
The CNN Brasil news channel rounds out the Top 5 of the ranking. Similar to Record News, this channel had the presidential elections in Brazil as the main topic of discussion. The most popular broadcast reached 677K PV.
The Top 10 most popular YouTube Live channels in November also includes LoL Esports (654K PV), ARY Digital HD (623K PV), DjMaRiiO (618K PV), Bispo Bruno Leonardo (603K PV) and unifi (545K PV). They mainly covered sports, news and politics.
Most Watched YouTube Channels in November 2022
ABS-CBN Entertainment, a Filipino news channel, became the most watched channel on YouTube Live in November. It had 996 hours of Airtime in a month (it broadcasted several programs simultaneously), accumulating 14.6 million HW.
The Brazilian news channel Jovem Pan News is slightly behind the leader. There, the results of presidential elections and reshuffles in parliament were discussed throughout November. In total, Jovem Pan News accumulated 13.5 million HW in a month.
The sports channel CazéTV ranks third with 13.1 million HW. As we wrote above, this audience reach became possible thanks to the World Cup in Qatar — interviews with players and experts, discussions of the matches' results, etc.
The popular American entertainment channel Maya and Mary is in fourth place in the ranking — in November, it amassed 11.6 million HW. The channel mainly broadcasts a variety of content for children and their parents, offering options for family entertainment, cooperative activities and games, etc.
The Indian channel Aaj Tak, which focused on world news, India's foreign and domestic politics and other similar topics, racked up more than 11.3 million HW in November. All of this allowed the channel to rank fifth in the rankings.
The news channels CNN Brasil (9.2 million HW), Zee News (8.69 million HW) and BOL News (8.2 million HW), the esports channel Overwatch League (8.67 million HW) and the channel with music broadcasts Lofi Girl (9 million HW) are also in the Top 10 of the platform by Hours Watched.
Most Watched Gaming Channels on YouTube in November 2022
The official English-language Overwatch League channel became the most watched gaming channel on YouTube Live in November, with more than 8.6 million HW over the month. The peak of activity was on November 4, when Overwatch League 2022 Grand Final was broadcasted. Then the channel reached 343K Peak Viewers.
The Vietnamese channel Liên Quân Mobile eSports — Garena, which broadcasted Arena of Valor, is in second place of the ranking. In a month, it accumulated more than 3.5 million HW. Most of them were accumulated thanks to the Arena of Valor Premier League 2022 tournament broadcasts.
DrDisrespect, an American streamer, rounds out the Top 3. In November, he ran a lot of broadcasts of Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, thanks to which he managed to accumulate 3.3 million HW.
The LoL Esports channel ranks fourth with 3 million HW. It is notable that this channel had only 18 hours of Airtime in November, which included the two final days of the 2022 World Championship in League of Legends. It was during the Grand Final of the tournament when the channel set a record for Peak Viewers — 654K people watched the Korean derby of T1 and DRX concurrently.
IShowSpeed, a popular American streamer, is in fifth place with 2.6 million HW. His entertaining broadcasts, where he watched World Cup matches and discussed their results with viewers, played a big role in this. By the way, the IShowSpeed channel on YouTube grew by 1.3 million followers in a month.
TimTheTatman (2.5 million HW), Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Official (2.49 million HW), Garena RoV Thailand (2.44 million HW), Kuzuha Channel (2.4 million HW) and Jaiden Animations (2.3 million HW) are also in the Top 10 most watched YouTube Live gaming channels in November. The former hosted a lot of Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 broadcasts over the month, while the other channels covered mobile tournaments, played Pokémon Karmesin und Purpur, Overwatch 2, and League of Legends.
