Streams Charts continues summarizing the results of May on Twitch. In previous articles, we talked about the most popular creators and categories, and also named the top 10 streamer associations of the platform. Today we will talk about the most popular Twitch teams of esports clubs.

Disclaimer: The ranking was based on the total sum of hours spent by the viewers on broadcasts of streamers that are members of the Twitch teams of esports organizations. The statistics of esports tournaments were not taken into account in the calculations.

Luminosity Gaming became the most popular esports community for the second month in a row, although the team's Hours Watched decreased by 5% in May. At the same time, the permanent leader of Luminosity Gaming, xQc, was responsible for nearly 85% of the total hours watched.

Creators from T1 generated 45% fewer Hours Watched than LG but still took the second spot in the top. At the same time, the team became a newcomer to the top 10, and its monthly indicator increased by more than three times. The responsibility for this leap mostly belongs to loltyler1, who brought T1 more than 95% of Hours Watched and took the fourth place in the ranking of the most popular streamers in May (note that Tyler is not formally a member of T1 anymore, but is still on their team on Twitch).

TSM dropped from the second to the third spot in the rankings, while its Hours Watched increased by about 1% in a month. TSM_ImperialHal and buddha became the leaders of the community.

NRG Esports continues to hold the fourth spot in the ranking for the third month in a row. Association’s Hours Watched went up by 9% in May, with aceu as the leader. The indicator of Team Liquid has grown by only 3% over the month, but the largest community in the top 10 has lost two spots in the ranking at once. The most productive streamers of Team Liquid were Rakin and qojqva.

FaZe Clan moved up from eighth to sixth spot in the ranking, having increased its figure by 14%. As usual, the leader of the organization was its co-owner, NICKMERCS, who brought more than 52% of Hours Watched to his club.

LOUD and Cloud9 collected 12% and 8% fewer Hours Watched in May than in April, losing one spot each in the rankings. The leaders of these communities were loud_coringa and forsen.

The indicator of 100 Thieves also dropped by 12% in May, but at the same time, the team rose from 10th to 9th spot in the top. At the same time, Kyedae, Hiko, and fuslie became the most popular community streamers.

Closing the top 10 esports communities on Twitch in May was ZETA DIVISION – a team whose Hours Watched for the month remained virtually unchanged. The leader of the Japanese association was stylishnoob4. Meanwhile, the Belarusian 9impulse also entered the top 3.
