Two of the biggest streamers today have come together to start a new show, and it looks pretty exciting. Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed will debut The Kai N' Speed Show, which will stream exclusively on Rumble, on May 26, and fans are pretty hyped for this collaboration.
It will be a show that brings together the most-watched YouTube Gaming and Twitch streamers in the US over the first quarter of 2023. Speed recorded 8.5M Hours Watched and 107K Peak Viewers during this period, beating his nearest challenger by more than a million watch hours.
Kai hit 52.4M HW and 218K PV, with the former metric beating his nearest challenger by 2.5 times, which is no mean feat, especially for a platform as competitive as Twitch. This success has also helped the American enter the top tens of other Q1 2023 Twitch lists like streamers with the most active chatters, best creators by subscriptions & sub earnings, and most watched broadcasters.
The two young creators have been making waves over the past year with their streams and the high numbers they have been putting up in this phase. Kai Cenat, especially, has become a bonafide Twitch superstar after the success of his subathon that ran across February and March.
IShowSpeed, meanwhile, has mainly broadcast IRL content and various video games, including FIFA, Grand Theft Auto V, and Rocket League, helping solidify himself as one of the new-age names set to lead the field into the future. That he was able to hit the top spot among YouTube personalities from the US despite having the second least airtime speaks volumes about his ability to attract audiences and engage them in the right manner.
Interestingly, these two industry mega stars have collaborated a few times before, having interacted on numerous streams on Twitch. After Speed was banned from the purple platform, he moved to rivals YouTube, and Kai Cenat has ensured to appear on his streams a few times.
With similar interests and energetic personalities leading to over-the-top interactions, the two have always come across as fun on camera. They have also gotten into songwriting and rapping, with the two even collaborating on a song together last month.
