Streams Charts continues to summarize March on Twitch. In this report, we have calculated the Hours Watched for the most popular streaming and esports teams on the platform. The updated rankings reveal several surprises, and the biggest progress was made by the OTK and Misfits Gaming streamers.

OTK rose from 13th to 4th place

In March, the top three most popular streaming teams on Twitch remained the same — Loaded, Riot Games, and Luminosity Gaming, still confidently holding their positions and significantly ahead of other teams. However, this time, Loaded streamers gained slightly more Hours Watched and displaced Riot Games from the top spot in the ranking.

The fourth position was taken by the OTK team, which gained 14.2 million Hours Watched in March. This is significant progress since OTK did not even make it to the top 10 in February. The biggest contribution to the team's result was made by American streamer Asmongold, whose Diablo IV streams (on his second channel, zackrawrr) were popular among viewers. Other streamers in the group — Mizkif, Nmplol, Emiru, and ExtraEmily — also showed progress. It should be noted that in March, the OTK team held several entertainment events. For example, they streamed their matches in sports games (basketball, football, etc.), and also launched a series of OTK Canvas streams during which viewers could draw pixel art on a huge canvas: the final picture is expected to appear on Times Square in New York.

The Tribo Gaules team slightly improved its position compared to February, rising from eighth to fifth place. This was all thanks to Gaules' streams from CS:GO tournaments — ESL Pro League Season 17 and BLAST Premier Spring.

In March, the G FUEL team lost two positions compared to February. At the same time, their total viewing hours remained almost unchanged — other channels just showed higher productivity.

One big change in the second half of the ranking is the exit of Sentinels from the top 10. In February, the team managed to rise to fifth place thanks to Tarik's streams from VCT LOCK//IN Sao Paulo. In March, the American streamed Challengers Leagues in Valorant, as well as Counter-Strike 2, but these broadcasts collected significantly fewer Hours Watched than the championship in Brazil. As a result, Sentinels only took 12th place in the overall Twitch team rankings for March.

It is also worth noting the return of LOUD to the top 10. The Brazilian team gained over 12 million Hours Watched in a month. This was all thanks to the fact that the team leader, loud_coringa, became more active in streaming Valorant in addition to GTA V.

Misfits Gaming unexpectedly stormed into the top 10 last month

Creators of esports clubs streamed less actively, as a result, almost all of them dropped in terms of Hours Watched (even though March had more days than February). The only exception to the overall trend was Misfits Gaming. In March, its streamers garnered 7.6 million Hours Watched —- 162% more than in February. The biggest contribution came from Tubbo, who made a 27-day streaming marathon, as well as QTCinderella, who broadcasted the Streamer Awards ceremony.

We have previously summarized the overall results for Twitch in March, as well as named the most popular channels on YouTube Gaming and Facebook Gaming for the month.
